About Us
It all started when I started high school at Reid Ross Classical. My science teacher had three female chinchillas, being an animal lover I was quickly put in charge to taking care of them. Soon I started to do my own research other then taking my teachers word for it. One thing lead to another and I was picking up my very own chinchilla! And the rest is history.
I breed for all colors expect ebonies and violets. Black velvets are my favorite along with all velvet crosses. I've been breeding since 2001 and have a comfortable small herd. Attending shows are just has much fun as owning a chinchilla. We've had several champions pass through our doors and those that we choose to keep back we show!
Besides our chinchillas our house is full of other animals that we have taken in over the years, from a large St. Bernard to an one eyed cat. Every day here is never the same!
